Registration Early registration is advised, especially if you wish to reserve accommodation. To register, please print and fill in the Registration Form*.

The Registration Fees for the Annual Meeting includes:
- Attendance at the Meeting Sessions on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
- Meeting documentation
- Lunch on Monday and Tuesday only
- Teas and coffees during the official breaks throughout the Meeting
- Entry into the Trade Exhibition
- Welcome Reception on Sunday evening
- VAT @ 17.5%
Nurses and Paramedical Staff are welcome to attend the Meeting at the specially reduced registration fee of £70.00 and £80.00 early rate (from 10 days out this rate will increase to £120.00). Anyone wishing to register at the reduced rate must enclose a supporting letter from their Head of Department with their registration form.
Cancellations must be received by Concorde Services before Friday, 18 February 2000 for refunds of registration fees, less a 20% administration charge. After that date, no refunds will be possible for registration fees and social event. However, substitutions may be made at any time.
