Accommodation

Accommodation has been reserved in three hotels of varying price categories and can only be guaranteed until 10 February 2000. Thereafter it will be subject to availability.

Reservations should be made on the Registration Form (coming soon) and must be secured by either a cheque drawn on a UK bank account in pounds or by credit card, sterling for deposit / full prepayment. The one night's deposit is necessary in order to make the booking and will automatically be deducted from the total amount of the hotel bill. Please note that this does not concern Travel Inn Capital Euston where full prepayment is necessary as well as a £10.00 booking fee.

Cancellation of Accommodation has to be received by Concorde Services before Monday, 10 February 2000 for refund less a 20% administration charge. After that date hotel deposits are non-refundable. However, substitutions can be made at any time.
