Accomodation
Reservations should be made on the Registration form and must be secured by either a cheque drawn on a UK bank or payment by credit card. The deposit is necessary to guarantee the hotel reservation and will automatically be deducted from the total amount of the hotel bill when checking out of the hotel.

- Entry into the Trade Exhibition
- Welcome Reception on Sunday evening in the Exhibition Area
- VAT at 17.5%
The Registration Fee for the Postgraduate Day includes:
- Attendance at the Postgraduate Session on Sunday afternoon.

The Registration for the Wet Lab includes:
- Attendance at the Wet Lab on Sunday morning

Nurses and Paramedical Staff
Nurses and Paramedical staff are welcome to attend the Meeting at the specially reduced registration fee. Anyone wishing to register at the reduced rate must send a supporting letter from their Head of Department with their registration fee.
Cancellations
Registration Fees
Notification of cancellation must be received in writing to Concorde Services. Cancellations of registration and social events will be accepted until 18th February 2001 with a refund of all prepaid fees except for an administration charge of £40. After that date, no refunds can be made. However, substitutions can be made at any time.
