Registration will be online for 2005 and will be available between Wednesday 1st December and Monday 28th February 2005. After 28th February 2005, only onsite registration will be available. The preferential registration rate for the Nurses' Forum on Monday 7th March 2005 is available to nurses and PAMs until 28th February 2005. After this, the standard registration rates will apply.

Please note if you have not completed a Direct Debit mandate for 2004 Society membership you will not be entitled to member rates for the conference.

Tickets for the annual dinner cost £50 including wine and entertainment. Please note that places at the annual dinner are limited and are allocated on a strictly first come first served basis. For catering purposes, places must be reserved by 16.00hrs on Sunday, 6th March. A place at the dinner cannot be reserved without registering for the meeting.
